On the morning of October 20, 2025, at Dragon Hill International Tourist Area, Do Son — Van Huong Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company and Hai Phong College of Tourism (HCT) jointly and solemnly held the opening ceremony of the "Hotel Operations Training Course" for the staff of Dream Dragon Resort Hotel.
Attending the opening ceremony were representatives from the Board of Directors of Hai Phong College of Tourism, the Training Department, Scientific Management & International Cooperation, and the instructors participating in the course; from the hotel side were representatives of the hotel's leadership, along with all department heads/deputy heads and the course participants.
In the context of Vietnam's tourism sector strongly recovering, the demand for high-quality human resources in the hotel and restaurant field is steadily increasing. Aiming toward that goal, Hai Phong College of Tourism continuously strengthens training cooperation with businesses, helping students and workers access real work environments, improve their skills, and standardize service style.
The Hotel Operations course at Dream Dragon Resort is designed to closely match practical needs, covering topics such as front desk operations, housekeeping, restaurant service, food preparation, communication and customer care skills, and service quality management processes according to international standards. Notably, the HCT teaching team involved are experts with extensive practical experience and deep understanding of tourism and hospitality operations, delivering the most practical and high-quality training program.
